Six reasons to call, in one email
Raw FMCSA files give you thousands of rows. TruckMorning gives you the ones worth calling today, each with the reason written out, ranked by urgency and fleet size.
- Suspension warning
- FMCSA has told these carriers their authority stops on a set date unless a filing is made, usually insurance. Each lead shows the days left.
- Insurance cancelled
- Authority suspended because the insurance filing ended. They can’t haul until an agent writes them.
- Applied, no insurance yet
- New applicants with no liability filing. FMCSA won’t grant authority until an agent files for them.
- Renews in about 45 days
- Their liability policy turns a year old soon. You get the current insurer’s name, so you know who you’re quoting against.
- Brand-new USDOT number
- Just registered, often before they apply for authority. Reach them before the first policy is bought.
- Authority just granted
- Insured and starting to run. Good for cargo, physical damage, and the first renewal.
Everything you need before you dial
Each lead is a quote-ready card, so you skip the ten minutes on SAFER.
Every list also comes as a spreadsheet that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or your CRM.
- Owner name, phone and email from the carrier’s own filing
- Trucks, drivers, interstate or local
- Days left before a suspension takes effect
- Current insurer and renewal date, for renewals
- Three stars on the leads to call first
- Phone rules on every list, so you stay compliant
More than a list of new DOT numbers
Brand-new carriers are only part of it. The fastest policies are carriers that legally need coverage this week.

Questions
What is TruckMorning?
A list, in your inbox every weekday morning, of US trucking companies that need insurance now: carriers with a suspension warning and the days left, carriers whose insurance was just cancelled, new applicants with no insurance yet, policies renewing in about 45 days, brand-new USDOT numbers and newly granted authorities.
Where does the data come from?
FMCSA public records from the U.S. Department of Transportation, checked every morning. Owner names, phones and emails come from the carrier’s own FMCSA filing. TruckMorning is independent and not affiliated with FMCSA.
How is this different from a new-DOT lead list?
A new-DOT list only shows companies that just registered. TruckMorning also shows established carriers that must buy insurance this week: suspension warnings with a countdown, cancelled insurance, and renewals dated from the actual insurance filing with the current insurer’s name.
What is a suspension warning?
FMCSA tells a carrier its operating authority will be suspended on a set date unless a filing is made, usually proof of insurance. Until that date, the carrier is shopping for a policy.
Can I choose my states?
Yes, on every plan. Pick any states you write in, or type “all” for the whole US. There is no per-state charge, and you can change them any time by replying to any email.
How much does it cost?
$49 a month for the new-carrier lists, or $99 a month for everything including suspension warnings, cancellations and renewals. Both start with a free week, no card needed, and you can cancel any time.
Am I allowed to call and email these leads?
The contacts are what each carrier filed publicly with FMCSA. You are responsible for following calling, texting and email rules such as Do Not Call and CAN-SPAM; every list includes a short reminder.
