What TruckMorning is
TruckMorning organizes public records published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) into daily lists for insurance professionals and other businesses. TruckMorning is not affiliated with FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Public-record leads, not opted-in leads
The companies in your list have not asked to be contacted by you. Records can be late or wrong. Labels such as “lost coverage” describe what the public record shows, not a verified fact about the company.
How you may contact carriers
You are responsible for following every law that applies to your outreach, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule and the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing laws, CAN-SPAM and Canada’s anti-spam law. You will not use autodialers, prerecorded or artificial (AI) voices, or send marketing text messages without the recipient’s prior consent. You will scrub numbers against the Do Not Call Registry where required.
No impersonation
You will never present yourself as, or imply you are, FMCSA, USDOT or any government agency, and you will not use government-style names, seals or wording in your outreach.
Removal requests
If a carrier asks you to stop contacting them, stop. Carriers can remove themselves from TruckMorning at truckmorning.com/remove.
Your account
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Lists are for your agency’s own use; you may not resell or republish them.
Responsibility
You agree to cover TruckMorning for claims that come from how you contact the companies in your list. TruckMorning’s total liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months.
